Harness engineering turned on my own work: deterministic infrastructure around the model.
A private Claude Code plugin marketplace built on a single idea: the model writes the code, the chassis makes sure the work is not lost between one session and the next.
The loop
Session open, work, a refuel point when context fills, and a close that produces a versioned handoff. The next session starts where the last one stopped, without relying on implicit memory.
What makes it a harness
Eleven declared principles, CI gates that verify documents on every push, and an MIT licence. The constraints do not live in prose. They live in a check that can reject.
